Our products are designed in the UK by Lauren Thompson and printed on FSC-certified premium matt cardstock (Tintoretto Gesso 300gsm). Envelopes are made from 100% recycled Eco Kraft, and packaging is biodegradable cello wrap.

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep shipping simple. Orders under 6 items are packed and shipped from our home studio, while orders of 6+ items are shipped directly from our print partner in Kent, England for speed and reliability. Delivery services typically include Royal Mail, with other tracked options available at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in suitable packaging. If your order arrives damaged or there's a printing issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
